When can I expect my CatDogBox?


Or boxes are handcrafted to each order to ensure maximum quality. We post/deliver every Thursday and Sunday. If you need an express order, please let us know at time of purchase and we will contact you directly to make arrangements (this may incur an extra fee).

Where do you deliver?


We ship nationwide (New Zealand).

Please note that our bone broth is only available for Auckland customers due to the storage requirements. If you intend to order for Auckland delivery and will not be home to store this item with 2 hours of expected delivery time, please advise at time of purchase requesting a broth alternative. We will not be liable for any spoilage, the buyer is responsible for notifying the CatDogBox team.

Apartment Delivery - If you are wanting your box to be delivered to an apartment - please provide us with specific delivery instructions. If no delivery instructions are provided at time of purchase we will be unable to deliver you box.

I don't know if my order went through?


Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email to the nominated address.

My Cat or Dog has a special diet, can you accommodate?


Our treats are hand made to order, if your cat or dog is sensitive to any ingredient PLEASE let us know.
We can accommodate by substituting a treat(s) that are suited for your baby.

We cannot stress the importance of letting us know of any intolerance your Cat or Dog may have.
